Prigozhin's uprising may have done irreparable damage to the image of President Vladimir Putin at home and abroad.įormer U.S. Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the the Wagner Group, is pictured during a funeral ceremony in Moscow on April 8. Within hours, however, Prigozhin - a former close confidant of Putin who had accused Russia's military leadership of attacking and killing his soldiers - said he had commanded his forces to return to their bases.Īlexander Gabuev, director of the Carnegie Russia Eurasia Center, says despite the apparent end of the mutiny, the Russian leader will undoubtedly be weakened by the strong challenge to his authority. Wagner forces then began making their way toward Moscow in what looked to the outside world like an attempted coup d'etat. Few studies investigated its inhibition of bacterial infection. Recently, more studies showed its potential benefits in the fields of anti-cancer effects, protection of cardiovascular system and improvement of neurological and spiritual disorders. Green tea has played a significant role in the Chinese traditional culture and lives. This results in poor tolerance from patients which lead to incomplete administration of the polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution and in turn influence the efficacy of bowel preparation. However, during the process of ingestion of PEG solution, the majority of the patients develop adverse reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention and pain, due to its bitter taste. At present, polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder has become the most common bowel cleanser during the process of bowel preparation. Based on the investigation and the comparison of a large number of clinical studies, the ‘consensus of bowel preparation in colonoscopy’ published by the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), the American Society of Colon and Rectal surgeons (ASCRS) and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) in 2006, suggested that polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution (PEG) is a fast and effective method for bowel cleansing with improved tolerance, which is considered superior to the high-dose laxatives and mannitol that require patient fasting. Currently, the bowel preparation prior to colonoscopy has been developed recently from earliest diet preparation and subsequent enema using to oral medication currently. Incomplete preparation of the bowel can directly lead to insufficient exposure of colonic mucosa and may result in incorrect or missed diagnosis of bowel lesions. This trial was retrospectively registered on Feb 1st, 2019 ( ChiCTR1900021178).Īdequate bowel preparation is an important factor that ensures the smooth implementation of colonoscopy. ConclusionsĬoncomitant use of green tea and polyethylene glycol may effectively reduce incidence of adverse events, increase compliances, with comparable bowel cleanliness in bowel preparation. Patients in group PEG+GT who have probabilities to receive repeating colonoscopy had a higher willingness to accept PEG+GT again for bowel preparation, compared with PEG group (94.9% vs 57.9%, p < 0.001). Rates of adverse events as nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain in bowel preparation were significantly different between two groups (55.9% vs 77.2%, p = 0.015 and 13.6% vs 33.3%, p = 0.012). ![]() Mean Aronchick scale between two groups were 2.0 ± 0.9 versus 2.2 ± 0.7 respectively (PEG+GT vs PEG, p = 0.296). Full compliances were achieved in 93.2% patients of group PEG+GT and 59.6% of group PEG ( p < 0.001). ResultsĪ total of 116 patients were enrolled in this study (PEG+GT 59, PEG 57). The bowel cleanliness of each patient was evaluated according to the Aronchick indicators. ![]() ![]() ![]() Admitted doses of PEG solutions, taste evaluation, adverse reactions (nausea and vomiting, distention and abdominal pain) were investigated by questionnaires. Patients aged 18 through 80 who were scheduled to undergo colonoscopy between August 2015 and February 2016 were randomly assigned into two groups, admitting either 2 L-PEG solutions with 1 L GT liquids or 2 L-PEG solutions only for bowel preparation. It was conducted at an outpatient setting of colorectal surgery in a tertiary hospital. This was a prospective, randomized controlled study. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of concomitant use of green tea (GT) with PEG in bowel preparation prior to colonoscopy. However, patients often exhibited adverse events as nausea, vomit and distention due to its uncomfortable tastes and potential side affects. Polyethylene glycol solution (PEG) is widely used for bowel preparation prior to colonoscopies. ![]() Now one of the things that I see a lot of people doing is doing concealer all underneath the lash line. And this is the one thing that I'm really nervous about, you know, as we're coming back from this pandemic or are we going to be able to use our fingers still, you know? And this is really unfortunate if we can't because I do use the heat of my fingers a lot to really melt product into the skin, which would be really sad. I mean you really want to use professional makeup techniques. And that's it.Īgain, get my fingers really hot, and press. I'm going to kind of go here a little bit around the nose, where maybe I needed a little bit more coverage. And then I would come on, with a little bit of a whiter color if I wanted to brighten.īut, you know, for me personally, I wear glasses and so I don't tend to follow all the rules because I do wear glasses, and sometimes you can't see, but I am going to show you how I'm going to brighten this, and then I'm going to come on here with a little bit lighter color in the same area. And I kind of smile and make sure everything looks good. So what happens is the hot fingers actually melt the product into the skin and makes it look skin-like. Okay, so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to rub my fingers, get them really hot. Now notice I'm not going all the way around here, I'm trying to be Photoshopped. I hope you can see right underneath here. I've put a little of this on my brush, and I am literally just stippling this right underneath. That is strong enough to neutralize it.Īnd so I'm going in with this little bit of.it has a little bit of salmon color to it because it's going to kind of neutralize that just a little. So what you want to do is you want to look at the color value of the darkness that you have under the eye, and go in with a concealer. You can't cover something dark with something light, because that dark color - the chroma - of that color is so strong that it's just going to peek through. So you see, the reason that they put so much opacity under there is because that is basically color theory. And when you're covering something dark, you can't cover it with something light. So what I want to do is, this is a very small little concealer brush. ![]() It plumps this up so that when the light reflects, it doesn't look dark under here. And she gives me a little filler right in through here and that does is it. Lisa Fisher! That is the only bitch that I let touch my face. And if you are in Chicago: shout out to Dr. Everyone has to make their own choices in life. I'm not saying this is what you should do. And what I do, personally, this is just a personal choice, you can do whatever you want. One of the reasons that we get dark circles under the eye is that we start to hollow out and we start to lose fat under the eye. I can do it in a makeup class, I don't know if it'll transform on camera the same way.Īll right. The other thing is, I want to talk about how concealer can actually make your eye look smaller with the wrong techniques that I'm going to show you.and hopefully this will show up on camera I don't know if it will. And if I add a ton of opacity in that circular triangle, when I smile it's going to show all that crepiness, and then I'll just wear a frown on my face all the time! Now, as you see, I'm just really dark right in through here, but I'm super crepey under my eye. So one of the things that I think that we should talk about, and I talked about in my other video that was quite a bit long, is how we conceal. So one of the things that I want to show today is how I cover my dark circles, and give you some tips and tricks. ![]() I mean, I don't know about you but don't we all want to look Photoshopped? So I'm going to talk a little bit today about how to get a beautiful, bright eye, covering the skin to where the skin looks like you're Photoshopped. However, as we get older, the last thing we want is a ton of opacity under here. ![]() Now I understand why people might want to do this because, you know, some people think that it looks good for the camera. It may be due to your DNA … 85% of humans have the monkey gene (RH+) and 15% do not (RH-) and maybe have an alien gene instead. It is presumed to be the result of a random mutation. No solid scientific explanation exists as to how or why Rh- blood came about. WHAT DOES THE ABSENCE OF RHESUS MONKEY FACTOR MEAN? Basque peoples contain the largest concentration of known ‘O’ negative blooded people today because, they for the most part, have confined themselves to one area, whereas the Celtic people have branched out among all of the new world. These ´negative´ blooded people spread heavily into the area of what is now Spain, England, Ireland, France and later into America, Canada and Australia. ![]() If the RH negative factor does not derive from any known earthly link (seemingly outside of the theorized evolutionary process) – from where did it originate? Geneticists generally claim the RH-negative factor is a mutation of unknown origin which apparently happened only a few thousand years ago. For while the protein in positive blood can be cloned, that of negative blood cannot – which is quite interesting, and may be indicative of an alien origin, or more probable, from early genetic experimentation during previous advanced human civilization(s). Science at this very time is attempting to create a synthetic RH negative ‘O’ blood, but without success. When we separate the ‘O’ types into ‘negative’ and ‘positive’ we find that ‘O’ negative (the universal donor blood) constitutes less than 7% of the world´s population. Therefore, there must have been some manner of intervention giving rise to Rh-negative blood groups.īlood type ‘O’ is the most common of the blood groups. Thus if all humans evolved from that line, all would have the RH factor. All other earthly primates have this RH factor. While it is known that RH negative blood – (type ‘O’) is the purest blood known to mankind, it is not known from where the negative factor originates, as it is generally theorized by evolutionists that there is an unbroken bloodline from early human prototypes (pre-humans) to present day human beings.Īs previously mentioned, ‘Rh negative’ blood indicates no protein connections exist to the Rhesus monkey, whereas ‘RH positive’ blood does carry protein linked to the Rhesus monkey – hence the ‘RH’ designation, ie. Only 15% of the entire world´s population is known to have the RH negative blood factor. The highest concentration of RH negative blood occurs in the Basque people of Northern Spain and Southern France, and in the Eastern/Oriental Jews. It is not generally known from where the negative RH factor derived, although tantalizing evidence exists that it arrises from genetic experimentation a little over 5,000 years ago. ![]() It is acknowledged that blood factors are transmitted with more exactitude than any other human or animal characteristic. Simply put, their positive blood contains a protein that can be linked to the Rhesus monkey. Which merely indicates that their red blood cells contain a substance called the RHesus (rhesus) blood factor. ![]() Nearly 85% of all human beings have RH positive blood. It is recommended to leave it up for at least 48 hours or until the desired outcome results. These times will work to amplify the energy of the grid. However the best times to set it up are during days of high energy like full moons, new moons, eclipses, and during specific planetary alignments. For fire you can have candles that you light every time you meditate in front of the grid. For earth the crystals work, or add some sand, flowers, or leaves. For water either a cup of water or a water crystal like aquamarine. It is also helpful to include different earth elements like air, water, earth, and fire. To create accurate geometry you can use a trace of the desired shape so that each crystal can be accurately placed. Like all crystal work, it is best to use intuition when setting up the grid, choosing crystals, and selecting the placing of geometry and symbols for the grid. When setting up a grid, always remember that the universe will not provide you with things that you have not earned or that are not meant for you. The energy we put in is the energy that we will get back. With crystal grids you are able to use the combined energies of all the crystals in the grid in addition to using sacred symbols and geometry to further enhance the grid.Ī crystal grid is similar to manifestation in the sense that to seal the process you have to to actually put in the work. It is essentially a method to combine crystals in a specific way to amplify a desired outcome. Crystal grids are an ancient method of arranging crystals in a specific way to amplify intentions of a manifestation, healing, protection, abundance, connection to guides and endless possibilities. ![]() Nowhere else is that more true than with Neo-Geo games, arcade and home console titles whose 2D graphical prowess were matched only by their price (which is why only the hardcore know about them). Photography of artificial scenery, such as farm fields, orchards, gardens and architecture, may be considered "landscape" photography as well. Others pursue it particularly as an outdoor lifestyle, to be involved with nature and the elements, some as an escape from the artificial world. Perhaps the most common is to recall a personal observation or experience while in the outdoors, especially when traveling. Landscape photography is done for a variety of reasons. Landscape photographs typically capture the presence of nature but can also focus on human-made features or disturbances of landscapes.
